We know how easy it is to place less focus on wellness when starting or growing a family, building a career or business. We understand what it is like to be inundated with stress and have less time to enjoy the joys in life. We model a healthy lifestyle for our children and clients in spite of our busyness. With over 20 years in the fitness and nutrition industry, Anthony, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Consultant, hails from San Diego, California where he spent six years in the U.S. Marine Corps. Anthony attended the University of San Diego where he took up Accounting; however, Anthony’s interest in fitness and nutrition increased, even more, hence he began a fitness and nutrition journey, which culminated with him becoming a Master Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition, and Prenatal and Postpartum Care Specialist.

He has worked with individuals, corporations, and government entities in providing consultation and on-site fitness training and nutrition and fitness education.

An avid fitness trainer and nutritional specialist, Anthony strives to elicit optimum results for his clients, utilizing all the theories and skills learned and knowledge and experiences obtained over the years. With many petabytes of information available containing claims, counter-claims, facts, fictions, and fads, Anthony welcomes the challenge of sorting through this vast information for his clients and spouse, providing them with understandable, honest, timely, accurate, and professional information, advice, and service.

Anthony was actively involved in Sabrina’s prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum care for both their children. He was instrumental in her overall health and wellness and helped to reduce her labor and delivery time. Anthony is active in his children’s care and development. Through play, he engages his 6-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter who possess an endless supply of energy in child-friendly exercises.

Anthony is acquainted with the demands of parenting, studying as a mature student, and running a successful business. His routine consists of setting out his gym clothing after the children have turned in for the night in preparation for his morning workouts at their home gym. He makes delicious prebiotic and probiotic smoothie combination in the mornings that makes everyone even the children's tummies happy throughout the day. Anthony is generous in sharing with his clientele that also leads busy lives proven advice and strategies that promote self-care and build on resilience.

Sabrina Giscômbe is a Social Worker and Wellness Consultant based in Toronto. She has been in the field of Social Work for over 15 years and has worked in various social work settings, such as but not limited to children's mental health, education, faith-based communities, and child welfare.

She has worked with children, youth, adults, students, and families (including lone parents) of diverse racial, cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. She has worked with single, married, separated, and divorced individuals and couples. She is a working mother who is familiar with the demands of work, family, and attending to self-care such as regular exercise and nutrition. She moves her body daily because she has adopted a workout plan that she ends up wanting to do and can work into the fabric of her working-mom life. She is familiar with the challenges that working moms, in particular persons working in fields that are demanding and can easily go into one's personal time. Such experiences can include an inactive lifestyle, poor nutrition, lack of quality family time (including time with one's partner), burnout, compassion fatigue, poor quality sleep, lack of joy...

Sabrina and Anthony are the proud parents of an energetic, intelligent 6-year-old son, and an affectionate, bright 4-year-old daughter. She enjoys preparing delicious and healthy wholesome meals and smoothies, nature walks, spa treatments, streaming movies on Netflix, and listening to podcasts that inspire. When she is not traveling to hot climates during her time-off she is found taking road trips with her family and spending nights in fancy Airbnbs (this is of course prior to COVID-19). Her passion is to help individuals and their families to live a life that is healthy and satisfying in all stages of life. Sabrina has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Ryerson University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor. She received her training in life coaching through Christian Coach Institute. Sabrina is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Social Work is covered under many extended health benefit plans.

Together, Anthony and Sabrina believe that parenting is an awesome responsibility that parents can fulfill while still prioritizing their wellness. They are life partners, turned business partners after having their children. My BLH Wellness was birthed when their wellness-centered lifestyle started to change with the addition of children. They recognized that other families were experiencing the same, and they wanted to help them as well to learn how to recreate healthy lifestyle habits that extend to their children. Just as they have been doing for themselves.

Anthony and Sabrina combined their passion for healthy living, and their individual expertise to help busy individuals and their families to live a life of healthy lifestyle habits. They founded My Body My Life My Health Inc. (My BLH Wellness) in early 2014, a wellness company that provides wellness services to everyone in the household. My BLH Wellness specializes in life and wellness coaching; prenatal and postpartum care; nutrition; personal training and education; and physical literacy programs for children. Sabrina offers individual and couple coaching services; and group wellness education and talks to employees and post-secondary students from diverse work settings. Anthony offers education on nutrition and exercises and personalizes physical training programs for individuals and groups including prenatal and postpartum education on nutrition and exercise. Combined they offer cutting-edge corporate wellness programs that are proven to yield desired results. Program for Adults


Learn how your body functions and how to achieve its maximum performance through nutrition and exercise. With a focus on ten key components of fitness, you will experience increased physical and mental functioning for every aspect of your adult life. Build strength, speed, and power through anaerobic and aerobic endurance exercises while keeping agility, balance, and coordination at a functional level. My BLH Wellness also offers prenatal and postpartum care clients plans that will help you to strike a balance in life as a parent and partner/spouse.

Program for Corporate Clients


Today’s workers often struggle with the pressures from both their work and personal lives. MY BLH Wellness understands the problems employees face and how they negatively impact the corporate bottom line. Our Corporate Wellness Programs have positive impacts on employee well-being, safety, and productivity. Three areas of focus are: group education on nutrition and fitness, group exercise, and educating, training and coaching of female employees on prenatal and postpartum care.

Yes, our Personal Trainer specializes in women’s health and in addition to being a Master Personal Trainer, he is a Prenatal and Postpartum Care Specialist. Some areas that can be covered are as follows:

2How can I schedule a session?

Currently in light of COVID-19, we are running virtual sessions.

3Where do work out/exercise classes happen?

Currently in light of COVID19, we are running virtual sessions. We will resume in person sessions when it is safe to do so. We would be happy to meet you at a location that is conducive, whether that be at your home or in a public space. We service in the GTA and North Simcoe County. If there are currently no exercise training and nutrition guidance classes being offered in your area and you have a group of five or more and would like for us to come to your location, please contact us.

4How many sessions do clients typically require to see results?

There is no hard and fast answer. Call us for a FREE 15-minute consultation

5What is covered in exercise sessions?

We focus on ten components of fitness (Strength, Speed, Power, Anaerobic Endurance, Aerobic Endurance, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, and Body Composition). Also resistant training increases: Bone Mass, Strength, Metabolic Rate, Joint Health, Core Strength, Anabolic Hormone Secretion, and improves Tone, Functional Muscle, Resistance to Injury, and Insulin Sensitivity

7Do you provide customized meal plans?

Only a Registered Dietitian is authorized to. Our Certified Nutritionist can give nutritional education advice based on your fitness level and other health factors. We can help you to understand how to read and understand food labels and micro and micro nutrients you get from foods, etc.

8How do you educate clients on nutrition and food?

In person before or after exercise sessions, by phone as needed, scheduled trip to your local grocery store (once per client; primary in the beginning of working relationship).

9What is covered in coaching sessions?

Coaching sessions help you develop a Personalized or Family Wellness Plan that is unique to your individual and family needs. We cover topics including but not limited to: fitness and nutrition goals, eating and grocery shopping habits, ways to stop sabotaging progress, time management, meal prep and planning, workout routines and schedules, sleep hygiene and so much more.

10Where do the coaching sessions happen?

By phone on the dates/times agreed upon.

11What is the length of the coaching sessions?

60-minutes per session.

12What method of payments do you accept?

We accept e-transfer, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery).

13Are your services covered under insurance?

Yes many extended health care plans have coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker or a person holding a Master’s in Social Work. Our coach is registered with several insurance providers; however, you will need to contact your specific provider for coverage details. When you contact them, please verify that you have coverage for work with a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
