M. Anthony Giscômbe
M. Anthony Giscômbe MPT, CPPNCS With over 20 years in the fitness and nutrition industry, Anthony, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Consultant, hails from San Diego, California where he spent six years in the U.S. Marine Corps. Anthony attended the University of San Diego where he took up Accounting; however, Anthony’s interest in fitness and nutrition increased, even more, hence he began a fitness and nutrition journey, which culminated with him becoming a Master Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition, and Prenatal and Postpartum Care Specialist.

Sabrina Giscômbe M.S.W, B.S.W, R.S.W. Sabrina Giscômbe is a Social Worker and Wellness Consultant based in Toronto. She has been in the field of Social Work for over 15 years and has worked in various social work settings, such as but not limited to children's mental health, education, faith-based communities, and child welfare.
