If there are currently no exercise training and nutrition guidance classes being offered in your area and you have a group of five or more and would like for us to come to your location, please contact us.

Only a Registered Dietitian is authorized to. Our Certified Nutritionist can give nutritional education advice based on your fitness level and other health factors. We can help you to understand how to read and understand food labels and micro and micro nutrients you get from foods, etc.
In person before or after exercise sessions, by phone as needed, scheduled trip to your local grocery store (once per client; primary in the beginning of working relationship).
Coaching sessions help you develop a Personalized or Family Wellness Plan that is unique to your individual and family needs. We cover topics including but not limited to: fitness and nutrition goals, eating and grocery shopping habits, ways to stop sabotaging progress, time management, meal prep and planning, workout routines and schedules, sleep hygiene and so much more.

Yes many extended health care plans have coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker or a person holding a Master’s in Social Work. Our coach is registered with several insurance providers; however, you will need to contact your specific provider for coverage details. When you contact them, please verify that you have coverage for work with a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
