Upon consultation and assessment, My BLH Wellness clients will undertake tailored made resistance and cardio training specific to their goals and in line with adding life to their years. Resistance training will involve both large and small muscle groups. While high-intensity training provides cardio benefits for the entire body. Together, both resistant and cardio training will result in clients meeting and exceed their overall health goals. My BLH Wellness training focuses on ten components of fitness (Strength, Speed, Power, Anaerobic Endurance, Aerobic Endurance, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility, and Body Composition). To fully be functional, there needs to be some level of function in each component. Strength, speed, and power must be maintained to keep agility, balance, and coordination at a functional level.
